The Eus

Around 900 transsexuals or transvestites live in Asuncion, capital of Paraguay. They are excluded from “traditional” jobs and forced to work in the streets as prostitutes.

This work is about the daily life of nine of them: Alicia, Alejandra, Macarena, Vicky, Florinda, Valeria, Perla, Lucia and Lorena. They call themselves “Eu” (first person singular in Portuguese).
